It's real simple, but you need a forms capable browser. All of the popular browsers will work fine. Just place the cursor in each field by clicking in it with your pointer. It doesn't matter whether or when you hit "return" when entering long passages. When you click the "Submit Entry" at the bottom of the page, your information will be sent via e-mail to the maintainer of the site, who will put your information on line within a few days.
